With the rapid development on quality of life and food safety in recent years, the cold chain logistics of subsidiary agricultural products has gain widely attention as a branch of the logistics industry and obtained a quick development in a short time. Subsidiary agricultural products logistics is based on the output objects through the post-harvest processing, packaging, storage, transportation, distribution and other logistics operations to increase the value of primary products and ultimately delivery to consumers. Researches on subsidiary agricultural products logistics not only rely on technical level and operations management of cold chain, but also a comprehensive consideration of marketing, planning, risk management and logistics system construction. Compared with traditional logistics, subsidiary agricultural products cold chain logistics has refined quantitative index, extensive market coverage. It is the significance of studying agricultural products cold chain logistics about how to accurately plan and improve the management to ensure product quality, a stable supply, rapid respond to end customers' demands. This dissertation pays attention to the cold chain logistics of products from the background of agricultural resort park in X district of Tianjin City. Based on the infrastructure of agricultural park, and adding technology and market demand planning policies, we identify problems by orienting analysis and propose the different ways to optimize the management and promotion solutions by combing the existing processes. At the same time, we take the problem from the multi-dimensional views, multi-angle investigation and find the case of multi-variable interaction to obtain the cold chain logistics system changes in the modes for matching logistics planning and management decision-making direction. In this dissertation, the vast majority of data is derived from the actual operating data in the agricultural logistics park, a combination of market demand, the ability to influence agricultural income greedy and the seasonal climatic factors can thus reflect more reality and variability in Cold Chain Logistics and risks. The dissertation strives to extract the policies of agricultural resort park in X district and hopes to provide some reference and help for similar enterprises.
