Financial Corporate Social Responsibility Mechanism Construction And The Role Of Government Related Issues

Regarding the discussion on social responsibility of the financial enterprises, there are few writings in both at home and abroad. The practices of financial enterprises to understand the social responsibility, also considered more from the strategic planning, or interpreted as the social using of "profits or assets of financial enterprises ", even was narrow understood as "financial enterprises charity", seems that there is not any relation between social responsibility and financial enterprises’business activities. From the existing literatures which researched on financial enterprise taking up social responsibility, we can find that most of the researches are concentrated in researching the industrial financial enterprises which seriously damage to the environment and the Labor-intensive financial enterprise which capital and labor relationship is tense. Overall, the researches of financial enterprises’social responsibility are still centered on analysis and solution of the fields which have frequently social problems, same as direct social responsibility.Same with all the enterprises, the financial enterprises also bear the social responsibility obligations, and because of the publicity and sociality of the products of financial enterprises, and its business reaches every aspect of social economic activities, so that almost everybody has relations with it directly or indirectly. To implement the movement of financial social responsibility, make the financial enterprise to be held its social responsibility, relying on the voluntariness of financial enterprise is still not enough, but the government has to play an role in it. This paper on corporate social responsibility of financial problems in the construction of research, the main contents of this paper is on our financial corporate social responsibility an analysis of the status quo, and targeted towards financial corporate social responsibility appears in reason, from promoting the whole social development point of view the government push financial enterprises social responsibility the necessity of construction, and to find out the reasons, the corresponding points out that the government can be in the financial enterprise social responsibility construction in the role, the result is the corporate social responsibility of financial problems in the construction of targeted research, discovers the problem, finds out the reasons, introduced the countermeasures. So, how the government to determine its role, what role will it take in the financial enterprise social responsibility mechanism construction and implementation, and what is the best way for government to implement the implementation of the financial social responsibility and so on, these questions are the topics we need to deep discuss, and that are the main content of my paper.
