| Developing bamboo industry has broad prospect in Hunan Province,Chinese bamboo industry province.Considering the current situation carefully, there are still plenty of hidden troubles in it. In order to keep bamboo industry an invincible position in the fierce competition of the market, core competence must be improving continuously aiming at irreplaceable advantage. Since the1990s, the competition between enterprises has evolved into the competition between supply chains. How to distribute the benefit of the supply chain to the members fairly, justly and reasonably became an important issue. The study of benefit distribution model of bamboo industry supply chain has important practical significance on the improvement of the whole bamboo industry core competence and the acceleration of the development of bamboo industry in Hunan province.This thesis, based on the theory of supply chain management and benefit distribution, establish the model and framework of the bamboo industry supply chain management in Hunan; then state and analyze the foundation, law, elements of the benefit distribution issue; subsequently, make an comparison of the distribution methods of Nash model, Shapley Value and method based on input, comprehensive benefit negotiation method based on TOPSIS; finally, take some virtual enterprise of bamboo supply chain in Hunan as example, example calculation is given by four methods. Comprehensively consider the calculation results, comprehensive benefit negotiation method based on TOPSIS is elected to solve the bamboo supply chain benefit distribution issue.This thesis aim at establishing scientific principle of distribution of supply chain benefit, clearing distribution model, then opening a new path for the bamboo industry in Hunan, promoting technical level of the bamboo industry, setting up perfect technological innovation system of bamboo industry, getting bamboo industry fast, stable and standing development in the market competition. |
