Online shopping e-commerce has changed the traditional commercial mode, at the sametime, brings people a convenient, fast shopping channels. In recent years, the electroniccommerce not only brings the traditional commercial and service industry hitherto unknownimpact, but also bring related infrastructure construction and regional economic developmenta new appreciation of space. C2C e-commerce play the advantage of network is the best.Withthe rapid growth of the popularization of Internet and the network shopping user, C2Ce-commerce, showing a rapid development momentum. The network of shops is theimplementation form of electronic commerce. As a new area of economic activity spacerepresentation, its location can not only reflect the degree of balance area of electroniccommerce, but also it is a regional commodity circulation within effective regulation.Scholars to focus on hot spots above the selection of the location and address of thee-commerce shop, a small number of literature related to economic, technological,transportation, population and regional factors in the impact of e-commerce shop but Webstore location and regional organizations linked the analysis is still in the exploratory period.This paper takes TaoBao as a example, we choose Guangzhou City as the study area,andthe women’s category, collection, maternal&child, and3C digital class information selectedfor the study data to discuss the electronic service outlets within the city location. Use ofspatial auto-correlation theory, the bit sequence-method of scale and the first index data,weresearch for quantitative analysis of the location data. Combination of the district theory todiscuss the shop of e-commerce relationship with regional organizations, intended to revealthe influence of e-commerce the shop on the regional organizations.This paper is divided into introduction, basic theory and related research, researchmethods, empirical research, conclusions and discussion of five parts. Through the analysiscan be found:(1)From the municipal districts of view, e-commerce network wholly shows locationproperties, mainly for the dispersion and agglomeration, the agglomeration of the preciouscommodities.(2)Development of the e-commerce shop makes the radiometric where the core business district increases, more attractive, prompting the organizational structure within the district tochange.(3)The shop of e-commerce will narrow the distance between the central business districtand sub district level, and improve the overall competitiveness of the regional organizations.(4)The agglomeration of e-commerce shops effect of the new district or regional districtcalled e-commerce.(5)The location of single class of goods and many types of goods focus on the differentperformance of regional organizations. The gathering of the many types of goods e-commerceshop will significantly promote the development of other infrastructure in the region. Thegathering of a single class of goods will first expand the distribution of their goods area.
