With the rapid development of the popularity of the Internet and electronic commerce industry, online shopping market in high-speed development, online shopping patterns further subdivision. At present the main online shopping mode B2C, C2C,O2O, C2B etc.. On taobao.com represented C2C shop mode, due to the low barriers to entry, investment is small, the time required to shop operators and space requirements are relatively low, the rapid development in recent years. But C2C pattern from large date is facing such as fraud, false advertising, counterfeit and inferior service quality problem, which caused many contradictions in the transaction process, become China’s biggest obstacle for Internet users, online transactions thus, C2C website service quality has become a major bottleneck restricting the network shopping the development.Based on this, this paper takes taobao.com as the case, through the analysis on taobao.com e-shop e-commerce service quality problem, research on e-commerce service quality evaluation system, solve the mechanism of e-commerce service quality evaluation system of single objective problem, put forward three-dimensional evaluation of e-commerce service quality model, that is, from the service recipient the service provider as well as the third aspect comprehensive evaluation. The three-dimensional evaluation system solves the problem of single evaluation target, customer, enterprise, the third party organizations are introduced to the evaluation, can effectively promote the parties involved in the evaluation, the establishment of a fair and equitable to all parties to actively participate in the evaluation system.At the same time, this paper also studies the third party evaluation model of single dimension, parameters of the static problem, the three-dimensional evaluation model of the third party evaluation, the introduction of credit as an important dimension, the use of credit evaluation method of multidimensional dynamic and confidence intervals of significant factors identification method is proposed and an evaluation model of e-commerce service quality of multidimensional dynamic third party, solves the evaluation the model of static problems, and for each electronic commerce enterprise significant benign and malignant were selected to expose. The impartiality of the evaluation results of the increase to a certain extent, strengthen the correct selection decision of electronic commerce industry, has a certain effect of health, stable development for the field of electronic commerce.
