There are several advantages for Dalian Sanshilipu Port in the location, convenient transportation, excellent logistics conditions, and sea and air transportation conditions. Dalian connect Northeast hinterland must pass through Kazakhstan highways, Harbin-Dalian Railway and Shenyang-Dalian and to be built the communicating artery passenger Line border or across. Currently, Dalian has paid a great attention to develop sanshilipu Harbor Industrial Zone, a cluster-based ship supporting efforts to build industrial parks. But the dock Sanshilipu hardware supporting imperfect, especially the rear of the cargo berth is a serious shortage of storage facilities, fully meet the demand can not next three shilipu, temporary workers industrial park on the pier behind the warehousing and logistics. Therefore, in order to better service and to promote the development of Lingang Industrial Park, it is necessary to analyze the construction feasibility for the Sanshilipu cargo berths storage project. In this paper, under the guidance of the system and the objective principles, analysis of the Sanshilipu Port industry development, as well as the future development of the vision were carried out. Quantitative prediction of the size of the volume of port industrial port transportation, analyzing warehousing stream park supporting the construction scale were conducted as well. Qualitative analysis warehousing park layout layout program to determine the overall layout of the arrangement, engineering overview of the natural conditions, the process of land formation and foundation treatment, supporting engineering situation and from the environmental protection, economy risk validate.
