The Strategy And Demonstration Study On The Interactive Development Between Harbor And City Of Dalian

With the development of the world economic integration, the harbor city with its unique resource advances the regional industrial structure optimization through centralized effect and cooperating effect, then to make the harbor city become the a tower of strength of the global economy. Especially for the city in the coast of the Pacific Ocean, the transferring of the economic center to Asia provides the uncommon opportunity for it, then how to cooperate the relation between the harbor and the city is the key for the development of these areas. Dalian is the important harbor in north China, for some historical reasons Dalian has fall behind. However, the central government put forward that Dalian has become the northeast Asian international shipping center, and this is a very good opportunity for Dalian to develop its economy. Therefore, it's quite necessary to study the relationship between Dalian harbor and city according to the unique resource Dalian possesses.This paper introduces the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to study the mutual development between the Dalian harbor and the city. In the qualitative analysis, the paper classifies Dalian harbor and city development period into Russian governing time, Japan governing time, the time after liberation and the future four periods. In each moment the harbor has its dynamical structure and economic affiliation. In the quantitative analysis, it includes Dalian harbor output ability, transportation function and the mutual development study basing on the relative and regressive analysis.At last, basing on the harbor and city corresponding development theory and the interactive development between Dalian city and harbor demonstration analysis, the paper puts forward the conclusions and suggestion which are much more impressive and deep than before: adjust the industry structure to develop front harbor industry, carry out the " import supports export" strategy to improve export quality, clarify the orientation of new and old harbor area to emphasis the unified development of harbor and optimize the harbor management mechanism innovation.
