SJRK company is a high-tech enterprises with the the business of shipping machinery manufacturing, before July,2008,the company belonged to ADKJ Group, during a long time, the compensation system has followed the pattern of which in ADKJ Group in a state-owned enterprises way, according to the research, the former compensation system has the problems of different reward in the same working post, and the original compensation system can not reflect the values of working post, there might be the root of the compromises in the potential development and brain drain of employees in the future.Therefore, the reconstruction the SJRK company’s compensation system with the scientific and competitive edge is a crucial topic for the sustainable development of enterprise.At first, paper takes a retrospect on the theory of compensation and compensation system, then through a questionnaire survey and interview, the article has analyzed the SJRK company’s current compensation system and its existing problems, with the theory of modern compensation management as well as the recent changes and the trends of compensation system in China, the paper reconstructed the compensation incentive system on the basis of working position value, personal ability and working performance.The full text is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the its research background, research purpose and significance, and puts forward the research ideas and methods in order to introduce the innovations and characteristics of the compensation system.; The second part is the compensation theory, which introduces the concept, composition and function of compensation system, it also describes the design principles and working processes, and the changes of compensation system in China have been reviewed;The third part exams on the status quo of compensation system of SJRK company operation and conducts in-depth analysis of the existing problems;In the fourth part, for solving the problems of compensation system, the paper suggests the construction of compensation system in according to working performance in SJRK company, with the mixed compensation system of annual compensation and skills evaluation, the reconstruction of compensation system in SJRK company can be achieved;The fifth part of the paper:according to the former parts of the passage, the paper suggests how to reasonably apply the reconstructed compensation system in SJRK company;The sixth part is the research conclusion and expectation.The paper gives a brief summary for the study achievements, as well as insufficience and the would-be work of the research.
