This thesis, based on A typical large non-manufacturer enterprise company E,it israpid developing.In the process of the salary management, analyzes the problems on howto design and compensation system for improving the salary management system, thecompensation system for the European enterprises provide design and examples.The thesis has three most: introduction, main content, and conclusion.This introduction introduces the introduction to choose a background and meaning,research methods and research, research target and the thesis framework.The main content include the chapter two,text of compensation system theory and itsstatus, chapter three, the situation of compensation system in company E, chapter four, theredesign of compensation system in company E, and chapter five, the evaluation of thenew compensation system in company E. In this chapter, we put forward the concept of apaid point value, and applies the basic salary design, In the design performance,comprehensively job matching,job analysis and performance evaluation, in this way, wetry to describe the overall process of redesign project.The conclusion is chapter six, briefly introduced and summarized.
