Changan Automobile Low Carbon Logistics Information Research

As the global climate is becoming increasingly serious, countries in the world are looking for a suitable road of sustainable survival and development. Since the Copenhagen climate conference in2009, the countries in the world have proposed low-carbon, green, environmental protection concepts, low-carbon economy began to win support among the people, all kinds of low-carbon economy theories and low-carbon concepts surge. Low energy consumption, low pollution, low emission and low-carbon economy concept are accepted and have been gradually applied in practice by more and more countries and regions.Since China’s reform and opening up for thirty years, with the development of national economy, China also confront the situation of environmental deterioration and deepening. How to make a scientific and sustainable development must be pondered over. Since the Copenhagen climate conference in2009, Chinese government also made a solemn promise to reduce carbon emissions, the development of low-carbon economy has become a serious challenge to China.As a high-end services, logistics also must be low-carbon, we should vigorously develop green, ecological, environmental protection, low-carbon logistics and logistics information system. At present, all countries in the world are trying to put emphasis on the promotion of low-carbon logistics in the process of the development of the logistics industry and actively carry out low-carbon logistics and low-carbon logistics information technology research. To the enterprise, the companies face international and home’s intense market competition and turn to "the third source of profit"--to establish a highly efficient logistics system.It is just under the above background, I choose the Changan’s low-carbon logistics informationization as the object of study in this paper.Firstly, I analyze the present situation of the low-carbon logistics informationization at home and abroad.I also analyze and draw lessons from the theories of the scientific outlook on development, low-carbon economy, low-carbon logistics and logistics information technology.Secondly, combined with the Changan’s actual situation of the internal logistics,I analyze the existing logistics processes and summarize the problems through the use of theoretical research,of investigation on the spot and of comparative research methods. I also analyze Toyota,the advanced enterprises, on the low-carbon logistics informationization.Finally, on the basis of the above comprehensive analysis, I put forward relevant improvement strategy on changan’s low-carbon logistics informationization, Including the future overall framework, construction principle and the improvement goals on low-carbon logistics informationization. I also put forward four improvement points,such as the schedule of picked materials, the provider’s transportation instructions, the sorting and packing operating instructions, the storage and inventory management.Through the Changan’s low-carbon logistics informationization research,it helps us to understand the theories of scientific outlook on development, of low-carbon economy, of low-carbon logistics and of logistics information technology on the base of practice. It also helps us to grasp the essence of low-carbon logistics informatization, to improve logistics efficiency, to reduce logistics costs and to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. It can provide reference for the other enterprises to establish a low-carbon logistics information system.
