The Contract Transformation Optimization Model And The Solution Algorithm Of Roller Production Enterprise

Most of the production of the roll industry is oriented by the customer orders that is equal to sales contract, and sales contract usually includes product model of roll, performance and technical requirement, quantity, delivery time and price. A company of roll production firstly transform the characteristics and quantities of the roll product which are included in the sales contracts signed with the client into production contracts, then makes the production plan based on the production contracts. Therefore how to effectively manage sales contracts and production sales and optimally translate the sales contract into the production sales optimally is the premise of making production plan scientifically. At the same time how to effectively manage sales contracts and production sales and optimally translate the sales contract into the production sales optimally have direct impact on allocating the corporate resources optimally and responding to the market demands and reaping the profits for the corporate.The research is funded by the National Science Foundation of China and National "973" project. The work mentioned above is based on the structure of the production organization and the management mode of the BY Company. The work in the research is to improve the company’s contract management process, establish the model of contract transformation and proposing the heuristic algorithm for solving the model. Based on the work mentioned above we preliminarily design and develop a contract management software module. The main work of the thesis is listed as follows.(1) The structure of the production organization, the business process of the contract management, the process of the contract transformation, the roll products and the characteristics of the roll production process are collected by survey. Based on the work mentioned above we improve the mode of the contract management, therefore the efficiency and quality of contract management of the BY Company have been improved.(2) According to the structure of the production organization, the characteristics of the contract transformation and the roll production process of the BY Company, two types of mathematical models of the problem that is about the contract transformation are established and the heuristic algorithms are respectively designed for solving the two types of mathematical models. The experiments are executed by using the data acquired from the actual production process of the BY Company for examining the effect of the heuristic algorithm designed. And the result of the experiments shows that the heuristic algorithm is effective.(3) Based on the contract management business process that has been improved, a contract management module has been preliminarily designed and developed, and the models and heuristic algorithms related with the contract transformation have been embedded into the module. The module has been tested and analyzed by the actual production process date of the BY Company and achieves a good effect.
