I introduced thedeveloped countries of small enterprises financing status. All countries benefit fromexisting financing environment. I introduced the United States, Germany, Japan’sfinancing environment Respectively, pointing out the experience of the use forreference in our country.Finally We can create effective financing environment forsmall and micro enterprises, through the establishment of a scientific policies andregulations system, highly efficient service system, cultivating a sound capital market,continuing to tap the potential to improve the financial system, guarantee systemconstruction, In depth analysis of restricted factors, appropriate in developed countriesas reference of the small enterprises financing system with the comparative analysisand normative analysis research method.We can establish a diversified, market-oriented financing system with thegovernment, financial institutions and enterprises to work hard together, finally wehave the way to solve the difficult problem.
