With the development of socialist market economy in China,Small and microenterprises play an increasingly important role in arranging social employment,promoting economic growth and technological innovation,maintaining socialstability,increasing foreign exchange earning and so on.It’s an important part ofeconomy in china. Almost90%of these enterprises located in county.At present,thecounty small and micro enterprises in China face many difficulties,all kinds ofuncertainties and complex competitive environment.In this context,our county smalland micro enterprises depend on financing for business expansion and enhancingcore competition advantage.After government introduced several sets of supportprogram,our county small and micro enterprises still face many difficulties.Theprimary problem is the difficulty in financing.From county small and microenterprises, financial institutions, and government policy,the author analyzes thecounty small micro-enterprise financing situation and existing problems,then givessome feasible suggestions for county small and micro enterprises.
