Considering from domestic or other countries, every successful enterprise in variousfields have many need treatment problem. If you pay attention to it, you will find that it is allbecause of the lack of a complete internal control system. The perfection and implementationof internal control has been increasingly concentrated these years. The trail on the life styleof company from different aspects has obtained some achievements. What’s more, theresearch on internal control is less concerned. Nowadays on the integration of the economy,to strengthen and improve the internal control system has the theoretical and practicalsignificance for rationalizing internal control management and improving internal controltheory. Considering on the market economy, we should establish a modern enterprise system,change their operational mechanism and enable enterprises to become a main core in marketeconomy is a fundamental task and long-term goal of China’s enterprise reform. The internalcontrol system is an important part of the modern enterprise management, which is a veryimportant role on ensuring the smooth progress of the operation of enterprises and improvingmanagement level. The second chapter is the summary of related concepts, whichillustrates the definition and development of internal control system and the importance inthe modern enterprise management, as well as putting forward a number of inadequacies,and also it talk something about the references, introducing the famous theories will be usedin this article, such as the management theory of enterprise internal control, internal controltheory and system construction, financial management, risk analysis, the culture constructionand environmental monitoring etc. The third chapter is the current situation analysis on thespecial problem of outstanding problems in A company engineering construction field, this section describes the background and status of A company, briefly illustrating the operationconditions and the work of the special circumstances, and at the same time, manytroublesome issues existing in the construction field has been found and the problems ofgovernance system has also been analyzed.
