Research On The Development Of Regional Logistics Of Gricultural Products Of Harbin Using Egional Economic Theory

The agricultural product is an important content of the agricultural productsmarketing modernization, which has significance promoting agriculturalindustrialization and modernization. Along with the rapid growth of regionaleconomic integration, the development of regional agricultural logistics has becomethe main content of the regional logistics development. The development of regionalagricultural logistics for area plays an important part on the development ofeconomic, expressly in health, rapid and stable aspect. Also, it makes strategic sensefor the region industrial structure optimization and adjustment.In recent years, as the capital of Guangdong province, Harbin attach greatattention from the government, and it has regional advanced characteristic on superiorlocation, economic environment, traffic conditions, and infrastructure, personnelconditions. Although the regional agricultural logistics made certain contribution toregional economic development, there are still many ascension spaces. The modernagricultural logistics development could promote economic growth in the next fewyears. The government departments shall pay attention to the investment level andthe efforts of planning. The development of regional agricultural logistics has theimportant promoter action to Harbin’s economic development. In order to promotedevelopment actively, the government should pay much attention to regionalagricultural logistics in strategy, give financial support, and relax policy space. Thispaper argues that, Harbin should seize the opportunity to develop agriculturalproduct, so that the agricultural products logistics flow fluently, thus promoting thedevelopment of agricultural economy in Harbin.This paper took Harbin as object of study, explained the relationship betweenregional economy and regional agricultural logistics on the theory of regionaleconomy and regional logistics and analyzes the present situation and the necessityof the development. Together with factors affecting, this paper discussed the functionposition of Harbin city agricultural product logistics industry with regard to Heilongjiang Province. By SWOT analysis, the paper analyzes discussed theenvironmental conditions and necessity of building produce logistics center inHarbin. In view of the above analysis, this paper summarizes the development ofregional logistics in Harbin city puts forward some countermeasures andsuggestions.
