The Research And Implementation Of A Mining Group Management Information System

With the background of economic globalization, the scale of the China’s standardgroup enterprises is gradually expanded, at the same time, the number of the enterprisegroups is increased, So the enterprises are increasingly concerned about the problem whichis to manage and control the group enterprises effectively. Although there have been manysuccessful group management and control models in the foreign enterprise groups, butbecause the growth of group enterprises in China has a short time, also the economicenvironment is different, we should continue to explore the models for the enterprisesmanagement and control according our local conditions.This paper analyses the characteristics of the external environment and internalorganization with the Mining Group as an example. On the basis of analysis to thecharacteristics of the current group control models and the Mining Group’s own condition,this paper presents a control model based on capital flow and business flow integration forthe Group development. This model is based process as the core, for the purpose ofstrategic planning with the relatively centralized management tools, not only to ensure theGroup’s overall control and strategic direction to the affiliated companies, but also give fullplay to the enthusiasm for production and operational autonomy of the subsidiary, toachieve the Group’s governance standardization and effective monitoring, and improve theGroup’s management level.At the same time, with the rapid development of IT, management informationbecomes an indispensable method of corporate governance. It can increase the marketcompetitiveness and ensure the efficient implementation of the Group’s controlling. So thispaper uses the DWZ rich client framework to develop the control system. The DWZprovides a powerful HTML extension which can improve the aesthetics and interactivity ofthe system. And the system use the BPM to deal with the business processes, it canapproval process automatic, and also support workflow custom, to meet the changing ofthe Group’s business. This paper also used the NHibernate technology to achieve datepersistence and the cross-database access requirements.
