Under the interest rate market, continued tightening of domestic credit policy, strictcapital control of commercial banks in China, the profit margins of china commercialbanks will narrow by developing their traditional deposit and lending business usingexpanding the scale of assets. The revenue model mainly by making deposit and loanspreads is not sustainable. In this paper, Analyzed the concept and type anddevelopmentStatus about the Intermediary business of china, on this base, summarized thedevelopment features of intermediary business of commercial banks in China. At thesame time using the time fixed effect model analysis of the impact of China’s banksintermediate business development factors.Then analyzed the problems existing indevelopment process of intermediary business of commercial banks in china, on thisbase, analyzed the objective and subjective reasons of this problems. Then learn fromsome experience about the development of intermediary business of West Bank, on thisbase, proposed the development strategy of intermediary business of commercial banksin china, at first, the change of the basic philosophy, then the basic developmentstrategy,including innovative Banks business management system, perfecting thepricing of intermediary business strategy, customer segmentation and differentiatedservices, transformation and integration of service channels and innovative bankingintermediary business marketing concepts and marketing tools.
