Research On Operations Management Of Baiyu Cold Chain Logistics

With the development of China’s economy and the improvement of the people’s livingstandard,the demand of the global frozen food is growing. Cold chain logistics of Chinacan’t adapt for the fresh food market development requiremets and give rise to the foodwaste during the transportation.30years of reform and opening up, compared with thetraditional logistics research, cold chain logistics as a special way of logistics wasneglected. With the booming of the economy and the remarkable improvemetn of people’sliving standard, it can’t suit the demand of increasing requirements of people for food. Itnot only threat to food safety but also cause huge economic loss. Cold chain logistics is acomplex system which has both general logistic characteristic and particularity ofrefrigerated logistics. It has multiple interrelated factors which restrict each other. Thispaper focuses on the cold chain logistics operation system which is studied in theparticularity view. Therefore, the article selects the fresh food quality management,inventory management, distribution management for research.Because the cold chain logistics deliver the fresh food,quality management isespecially important. The paper studies the critical control points(HACCP) in the actualapplication and research the cold chain logistics quality assurance system.
