The Management System Research Based On The Food Safety Of Sinotrans Shanghai Cold-Chain Logistics Co.LTD

With the development of economic globalization and information technology,modern logistics plays increasingly prominent role in the social development. Coldchain logistics, which is a production of professionalization, mainly uses the operatingmethods and business models of the traditional logistics for example.Because of the limitations of the management methods and management tools,Cold chain logistics meets lots of problems, especially in food safety. However,quality management about food safety is one of the key elements of that will directlyinfluence its business survival, development and even profitability. And recent years,environment of competition, manufacturing and resources is changing quickly. In thiscase, managing and controlling the safety of goods plays an important role to thesustainable development of enterprises.In this paper, the food safety of quality management is analyzed by using themethod of experts grading method. Based on the study of domestic and internationalcold chain quality management on food safety, it takes Sinotrans Shanghai Cold-chainLogistics Co. Ltd. as an example to discuss the current operation status of its goodsafety and try to deal with the three main key problems related. Through thecalculation and analysis, this paper finally gives some opinions about qualitymanagement optimization strategy of food safety for both department and theenterprise.
