The Research On YD Cold Chain Logistics Co., Ltd’s Cold Chain Logistics Business Management Optimization

After entering the 21st century, our country economy has been obtained the huge development. People’s living standards and requirements also has improved greatly. As required by the huge market demand, our country started cold chain logistics industrialization construction, speeding up the industrial upgrading and promoting the development of cold chain logistics enterprise. However, our marketization degree of cold chain logistics is lower, which revealed by lack of mature operation management of the third party cold chain logistics enterprises. As the reflection of modern logistics specialization, marketization and socialization, development and status quo of third party logistics company directly shows the overall development level of a country’s logistics industry. Therefore, the third party cold chain logistics company on the operation management of construction gets more and more attention from the academia and industry.This paper takes YD cold chain logistics co., Ltd in Dalian Port as the research object from the cold chain logistics operation management theory perspective. This paper hopes not only enrich the third party cold chain logistics operation management case study, but also put forward the effective optimization improvements. In this paper, by using field survey and the interview and internal research, it finds out the problems existed in cold chain logistics operation management after summarizing the questionnaire and interview result, such as lagging operation strategy, inadequate operation control and limited innovation ability. This paper explores the cause of problem from whole cold chain industry development situation and internal enterprise operation ability. From the point of external factors, our immature cold chain logistics industrialization restricted the healthy development of YD company’s operating management; From the point of internal factors, the operation strategy, cost control scheme, whole process of quality management and human resources construction are the main reasons. Finally, in order to effectively solve the problems, this paper puts forward the optimization suggestions from six aspects, operation management concepts, customer service optimization, operating cost decrease, cold chain logistics electronic information network platform construction, whole process of quality guarantee system establishment and human resources strengthen.
