With the rapid development of the internet, it gave birth to a generation of Internet companies. In this context, the research of theory and academic industry has greatly improved on the network economy and achieved remarkable results. However, when many companies are face of a huge market they can not be profitable under the network economic of rapid development. The reason is that the study has not yet formed a system for effective theory to guide the corporate.This paper starts from consumer characteristics in the network economic, and breaks the theoretical framework of consumption and marketing in the traditional economic model. It use the research ideas of raising, analyzing and solving problems and the method of the combination of cortical analysis and empirical analysis. The paper analyze in-depth the network consumption and enterprise earning pattern, and creatively put up with three kinds of enterprise earning patterns which are enterprise earning paten without monetary payment, enterprise earning pattern with monetary payment and enterprise earning pattern of products value chain and the article study in-depth each of enterprise earning pattern. In the course of the study this paper analyze the actual cases Taobao and Shengda and xiechengwang that three famous domestic internet companies. The scientific nature and operability of the theory is proved from the practical point of view. It provide a good guide that the companies draw up their marketing strategies.
