The object of this study is the pharmaceutical companies of Shijiazhuang.The method of this study is questionnair survey. This study uses the empirical method to research the relationship between psychological capital and job performance, and the impaction of job satisfaction.It expects to provide some useful recommendations for the human resource manager by studying the relationship among psychological capital, job performance and the job satisfaction of pharmaceutical companies in Shi Jiazhuang.Firstly, the thesis reviews and summarizes the relative theories about psychological capital, job performance and job satisfaction.Secondly it sets up a concept model of psychological capital, job performance and job satisfaction that according to the situations of pharmaceutical companies in Shijiazhuang.This model includes4antecedents that are the psychological capital,the task performance of job performance and the relation performance of job performance,and the job satisfaction. Finally, this thesis organizes data of the questionnaire. It uses SPSS13.0software and the AMOS5.0software to analyse the related data,to set up the structure equation modeling, to estimate the model parameter and to evaluate the model.This thesis tests and verifies the hypothesises by using structure equation modeling technology which according to the data of questionnaire, and summarize the main conclusions as follows. First, the psychological capital has a significant direct impact on the job satisfaction. Second, the psychological capital has a significant direct impact on the job performance; while through job satisfaction give significant indirect effects on job performance. Last, the job satisfaction has a significant direct impact on the job performance, in which has the obvious impact on task performance. |
