Psychological capital has been from a positive individual psychological point of view to explain the implication of proficiency and motivation in the organizations and individuals, in order to help individual and organizations achieve competitive advantages. Job satisfaction is the general attitude of the individual engaged in their work. With the development of the rapidly development of online shopping, China’s express delivery has entered in increasingly fierce competition in the courier industry. For those courier with small age and less-educated, there is an urgent problems need to solve that how business managers through training and developing of courier’s psychological capital, increasing employee’s job satisfaction and avoid the brain drain resulting in increased enterprise cost.This study takes the courier as the research object to discussion on the relationship between ps ychological capital and work satisfaction, the main following steps in this study:Firstly, the establishment of the theoretical model and research hypotheses on the basis of drawing on predecessor’s psychological capital and job satisfaction studies. Secondly, the preparation of scales, access to the relevant data through questionnaires. The surveying object is 450 employees in three courier companies in Suqian, and 311 valid samples obtained. Then using SPSS 16.0 statistical software for data analysis and empirical research. Including through the factorial analysis to extract the four dimensions in psychological capital and six dimensions in job satisfaction, analysis of different demographic differences in psychological capital variables, and taking the correlation analysis and regression analysis in psychological capital and job satisfaction. Finally, analyzing and discussing, summarize findings and make management suggestions to the study results. At the same time, summarizing the deficiencies and make the prospect of future research.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:Firstly, the courier’s psychological capital is divided into self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and tenacity four dimensions. These four dimensions with the higher level scores, among them the highest score is self-efficacy, and the lowest one is optimism. Secondly, there is no significant difference for courier in gender in psychological capital, but there are significant differences in age, marital status, education, the average monthly income, work experience in the psychological capital. Thirdly, the courier’s job satisfaction has been dividing into six dimensions, management style, the work itself, the development space, work remuneration, working conditions and interpersonal relationship. The important is the interpersonal relationship got the highest score and work remuneration got the lowest score. Fourthly, psychological capital and job satisfaction were significantly positively correlated. Fifthly, the self-efficacy, optimism, tenacity and job satisfaction were positively correlated in psychological capital. And there was no significant relationship with hope and job satisfaction.Lastly, according to the characteristics of courier’s psychological capital and the influence on job satisfaction. From the perspective of psychological capital to put forward some suggestions for delivery enterprise managers to improve the job satisfaction.
