Research On The Construction Enterprise’s Core Competence Based On GA-SVM In Hebei Province

From the developed capitalist countries to China which under the socialist market economy, social responsibility has been closely related to the development of enterprises. No matter what from the enterprise’s own interest, or from the perspective of the interests of society, corporate commitment to social responsibility, has become a problem that the enterprise must focus on in the future development process. Society is the enterprise’s living environment, social responsibility is necessary for the construction enterprises. The construction industry is a very important part of national economic development. Residential construction, construction of public facilities are closely related to the people’s work and life. With China construction industry become more market-oriented and international, the competition is increasingly fierce, construction enterprises have to face many competitors of the domestic competition, and to meet the challenges of the large international contractor, but also to reasonable use the natural resources and build a friendly environment in the competition and the development. In this case, the only way construction enterprises expand the living space to achieve healthy and sustainable development is building and upgrading their own core competitence.The paper is organized as follows:First, introduce the article’s background and significance, as well as synthesis the domestic and international research literature, then pointing out the deficiencies in the current research and giving the content, technology roadmap, innovation of this paper. Second, describe the basic theory applied in the study including the theory of social responsibility, social capital, intellectual capital and core competitence of enterprises. Third, commence from the issue of corporate social responsibility to analyze the resources effect of the corporate social responsibility. Frame system model "social responsibilityâ†'social capitalâ†'intellectual capitalâ†'core competitiveness". Fourth, using gray correlation analysis method for the reduction of the index system, then introduce genetic algorithm to optimize support vector machine model and the specific steps of the algorithm. Fifth, selecting the samples from two-hundred China construction industry companies which the China Construction Association has promulgated use gray correlation analysis reducing the indicators. Then enter data into GA-SVM model to training the sample for tracking evaluation of the construction enterprises core competitence. At last. proposed for the construction enterprises enhancing their competence, in order to providing some reference suggestion to cultivate or evaluate construction enterprises’ core competitence.
