Analysis And Evaluation Of Core Competence Of Chinese Internet Enterprises

During three decades,Internet gradually growing into pillar industry of China.China's rapid rise of Internet companies on trade,industrial upgrading and livelihood and so have an important role in promoting.China's Internet business classification,a huge field,complex organizational structure,rapid technological innovation,operational management practices,advanced cultural ideas,has initially formed a unique business paradigm of Internet companies and relatively perfect industrial ecosystem.In the era of information technology,faceing the international economic market competition environment,"Internet+" Internet of Things development trend,the Chinese Internet companies need to pay attention to their core competitiveness of the mining,training and upgrading,seize the opportunity to face challenges,For enterprises to create long-term prospects.This paper is based on the emerging economy of Chinese Internet enterprises.Through the theory and literature analysis,the Internet business,the core competitiveness of China's Internet enterprises to define the core competitiveness of the concept.Summed up the development process and characteristics,analysis of the core competitiveness of the status quo and existing problems.Secondly,the paper uses the structural equation model method to study the influencing factors,and uses the software AMOS20.0 to test it.Based on the analysis results,the evaluation index system is constructed,which paves the way for the later evaluation.Then,based on the three typical giants of China: Baidu,Alibaba and Tencent,the gray correlation degree evaluation method is used to analyze the index evaluation system constructed by the previous structural equation analysis.Through the empirical analysis of BAT,Conduct BAT core competency ranking analysis.Finally,the paper gives the countermeasures to enhance the core competitiveness of Chinese Internet enterprises from the influencing factors and the comprehensive perspective.
