Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Education In Petroleum Enterprise

Before reform and opening-up in China, ideological and political education which was full of political and didactic characteristics played a leading role in petroleum enterprise, and satisfied the requirement and development under the planned economy system. With further development of reform and opening-up, foreign enterprises entered Chinese market, and market economy will gradually replace the old planned economy. Consequently, the type of organization and economic sector in petroleum enterprise in China changed into multiformity, and the leading role of ideological and political education was challenged. As a result, various new problems, new contradictions and new challenges arose.Jiang zemin pointed out that ideological and political education must be strengthened not weakened during the development of market economy. That is because ideological and political education is our good tradition and political superiority, and it is the life line for all economic-practice and other work in national enterprises. Accordingly, petroleum enterprise, which is fundamental in our economy, should accurately identify the emerging new phenomenon, new problems and new contradictions. Under such new situation, new demands are brought up for the work of ideological and political education, which should be strengthened and improved in order to realize the target "better, stronger, and longer".In the article, we analyzed the current and actual situations and problems in national petroleum enterprises firstly, and then explored new methods to strengthen and improve ideological and political education. We also discussed the contents and effects of ideological and political education on the development of petroleum enterprises under new international and national situations. New problems and demands in ideological and political education in petroleum enterprises should be accurately identified, and we must understand how to promote the positive influences of ideological and political education, and explore new ways and strategies to improve ideological and political education.The creative point of the article is to explore how to strengthen and improve the work of ideological and political education in petroleum enterprises. We insisted on "based on people, all for people", and combine the work of ideological and political education with the foundation of enterprise culture. We systematically discussed the combination of them, their basis, the principles, and the meaning, which are new and significant in the development of national enterprises.There are six main parts in the article. In the first part, we brought up the problems in ideological and political education in petroleum enterprise from the further analysis of the background and current situations of petroleum enterprises. In the second part, we generalized the contents and effects of ideological and political education in petroleum enterprise so as to accentuate its importance and necessity. In the third part, we investigated the further problems and challenges under new international situation. In the fourth part, we summarized the demands of ideological and political education in petroleum enterprise under new situation, and then we explored the methods how to solve the problems and how to deal with the new challenges in the development of petroleum enterprises. In the fifth part, we explored new and effective ways and strategies to strengthen and improve the work of ideological and political education in petroleum enterprise. This is the highlight and difficult part, and it is creative and new. In the sixth part, we summarized our whole work in the five parts above, and got the conclusions.
