This paper first introduced the enterprise strategic management of the relevant theoretical knowledge; And then introduced the MT electric Co.,Ltd’s basic situation, using a PEST theory to analyzee the internal and external environment of MT, and using five competitive forces model to analyze the specific competition conditions in the household electrical appliance industry; Then the article mainly analyze the existing problems in the enterprise strategic implementation, such as enterprise leader ability and the strategy do not match, enterprise culture and strategy don’t match, the organization structure and strategy implementation are not harmonious,etc.; Based on this, puts forward the enterprise strategy implementation optimization scheme, such as strategy implementation plan, the right leader, enterprise culture, organization structure, enterprise strategy implementation personnel support, enterprise information warning system, finally depth analyze the enterprise strategy implementation of performance and control, and the safeguard measures.
