Research On The Development Of Fengxin’s Kiwifruit Industry And Countermeasures

The Chinese gooseberry(also called kiwi fruit), which has been planted in Fengxin county since1970s and was proved suitable for cultvation in this county, become one of the four its major agricultural industry after nearly40years of development. This shows its more impressive ecomomic benefits than other crops.Based our survey in four towns of Chi an, Huibu, Shangfu, we analized the current situation of the Fengxin County kiwi industry, problems and advantages and raised the the Fengxin counties’kiwifruit industry development strategies and recommendations according to the research literature at home and abroad and demestic situation of kiwi fruit industry.The results show that:kiwi fruit in Fengxin has broad market prospects, advantageous natural conditions and convenient transportation advantage. kiwifruit industry has become one of the leading industries of rural economic development in Fengxin County after years of development. It plays an important role in promoting the farmers’income, rural stability, construction of urban-rural integration, narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, constuction of modern agriculture baking. However, the expanding of kiwi fruit industry was largely limited by its low diversity of variety, the low level of cultivation and management, low degree of standardization of production, low level of organization and industrialization, less efforts to expand market. In this paper, a detailed analysis of these issues was presented. The relevant departments need to speed up the development of the kiwifruit industry, bigger and stronger Fengxin County kiwifruit industry, to enhance the industry input, to promote the introduction of improved varieties, to strengthen the production base construction, to strengthen the popularization and application of the stimulation technique, processing system and gradually build bigger and stronger leading enterprises, to strengthen government support and regulation to provide preferential policies and safeguards, to strengthen information service bigger and stronger marketing, to increase support for the kiwifruit industry.
