Talents are also the fundamental power of a nation, at the same time, the agricultural ambivalent is the fundamental of strong agriculture, they are the most active and positive factor to promote the development of agriculture and the prosperity of rural economy. The construction of rural talent team has great significance to build a new socialist countryside, develop modern agriculture and change the mode of agriculture development.With the implementation of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone and the12th Five-Year Plan, Jiangxi entered a new period of development, the economy and society develops rapidly, the construction of rural talent team has also made remarkable achievements.
