With the profound changes in the domestic and international environmental situation,the accelerated evolution of the economic landscape,the continuous intensification of market competition,and China’s new positioning towards high-quality development,new requirements have been put forward for the construction of enterprise talent teams.At present,Xinghe Group is in the critical period of transformation and upgrading.Accelerating the establishment and improvement of a set of talent management system and talent work system with market competitiveness and in coordination with high-quality development is the first practical issue to effectively match the transformation and upgrading needs of the Group.Based on the requirements of Xinghe Group’s transformation and upgrading for talent team construction,this article selects Xinghe Group’s talent team as the research object,conducts a questionnaire survey and interview on the construction status of the group’s talent team,and uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the current problems and reasons of the group’s talent reserve,talent echelon,talent cultivation,talent evaluation,and talent motivation.Research has found that the construction speed of the group’s talent team is difficult to match the expansion speed of business,and the quality is difficult to adapt to the requirements of professional competition.Especially,the lack of reserve cadre team construction is the most prominent problem in the group’s talent team construction,which will become a key factor restricting the transformation and upgrading of the group.Finally,based on the research findings,this article proposes top-level design and talent work mechanism countermeasures for the construction of the group’s talent team,with a focus on optimizing the design of professional manager system,reserve cadre inventory,reserve cadre training plan,reserve cadre selection and evaluation,and diversified talent incentive methods,and providing guarantee measures to match these countermeasures.Through the research on the construction of the group’s talent team,this article not only enriches the research connotation and value of talent team construction in commercial circulation enterprises,but also fills the gap in systematic research on the group’s talent work.It helps to solve the practical problems faced by the group’s talent team construction,promote the group’s targeted strengthening of talent team construction,and promote the group’s transformation and upgrading development.
