Britain's exiting from the European Union,trade frictions between China and the US,trade war between Japan and South Korea,coronavirus...In recent years,the international situation has been changing dramatically.At the same time,with the development of the Internet and AI technology,the business environment is constantly changing.As Robert Mac Donald,the Chief Operating Officer from Procter&Gamble says,there is a VUCA?V:Volatile,U:Uncertain,C:Complex,A:Ambiguous?world[1].Under these circumstances,the enterprise must maintain a keen insight and accelerate innovation to win in the new reality,which require the enterprise to create the open and inclusive working atmosphere,and build the talent system to accelerate the talent echelon formation,make sure there are enough talent to support the growth of the business.This article takes the company F from leisure food industry as the research object,and the development status of F company is analyzed and diagnosed from the theory and practice of HR management,it eventually establish a set of simple and efficient talent echelon construction system for the F company in term of the talent review,two-way professional channel,key positions identification,talent assessment,the nine palaces of talents?or talent map?,talent calibration,succession planning,personal development plan,talented person strategy and so on.Through the analysis of the F company in the construction of talent team,this article uses the domestic and international mainstream theories of the talent team construction to formulate a set of suitable talent echelon construction scheme for F company.It has profound and pressing practical application meaning for F in talent management.Meanwhile,it can be taken as a practical case in talent review and talent echelon construction to inspire the domestic human resources practitioners.As for project research,in accordance with the current situation of politics and economy at home and abroad,this article is of practical guiding significance in building enterprise talent echelon and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprise talent.
