The development of modern agriculture is the primary task of the new rural construc-tion, the rural economy in zhangjiakou total economic occupy the important position. Potato industry development as the construction of modern agriculture, to speed up the agriculture and the rural economy and increasing the fanners’ income is the basic guarantee of, is the city’s strategic leading industries in the world. But in global competition of the environment, zhang potato industry appeared regional surplus, the pressure of competition is too large, supply and demand information asymmetry, agricultural prices keep falling, in the buyer’s market pay more and more attention of green ecological food today, potatoes, the sustainable development of industries, product quality, such as industrial chain constraints become the bottleneck of zhangjiakou potato industry. Therefore, this article takes the remote potato industry as the research object, the market marketing and related theory, on the analysis of the potato market environment of zhangjiakou, on the basis of the development of the main research potatoes countermeasures to optimize the agriculture industry structure, improve the competitiveness of agricultural products, alleviate potato "sell hard" and "potato base injury agriculture" situation, in order to promote the healthy development of the industrialization of zhangjiakou potatoes, promote local economic development.Full text is divided into four chapters:in the first chapter in the introduction of this research project of the proposed to choose a background, research purpose and significance of the comprehensive overview, how to define the characteristics of agricultural products, this paper puts forward the research framework, the thinking and the research method, the paper summarized the innovation points. In the second chapter of the related theory review discusses the theory of strategic management review, market marketing theory and agriculture industry chain theory were reviewed, and introduced the related research tools and theoretical achievements conversion. In the third chapter mainly to the external market environment and potatoes of zhangjiakou inner development status than research, and on the basis of analysis of the problems in the course of zhangjiakou potato industry. In the fourth chapter is introduced to solve the countermeasures of development of zhangjiakou potato industry, and puts forward seven aspects feasible potato industry development countermeasures, the key work and research direction.
