Research On The Green Logistics Of Appliance Retail

This paper first analyzes the research background and significance about appliance retail’sgreen logistics, and then conducts the literature and reviews of the related research aboutappliance retail’s green logistics both at home and abroad, and on the basis of relevant theoriesand practical research, using the statistical analysis and game analysis methods analyzes theproblems of appliance retail’s green logistics. Based on the logistics systems theory andmanagement factors theory, and combined with the specific circumstances of the industry, thispaper builds an operation system of appliance retail’s green logistics, and proposes measuresand proposals. Detail studies are summarized below:The first part is the introduction. This part analyzes the research background, thesignificance, the research methods, and put forward the innovations.The second part is the reviews. This section summarizes and commends the alreadyexisting theoretical research on green logistics briefly, and proposes research ideas.The third part analyzes the status of implementation of appliances retail’s green logistics,and sums up the problems. Through the questionnaire design and survey we find the currentproblems of the appliances retail’s green logistics about consciousness, desire, the role of theenterprise, the function of the participant and strategy, and then analyzes the cause of theproblems.The fourth part is the study on operation system and mechanism of appliance retail’s greenlogistics. This section builds an appliance retail’s green logistics operation system model,containing four subjects (manufacturer, retailers, third-party logistics, consumers) and sixmost essential implementation elements of logistics (green procurement, green packaging,green transport, green storage, reverse logistics, green consumption). Through the analysisabout the interaction of the various elements within the system, this part defines the operatingmechanism of the system and mechanism of the elements.The fifth part, in the game theory perspective, it analyzes this system, and studies theappliance retailers’ game behavior within or without the government’s policy, and theappliance retailers’ game behavior between the appliance retailers and other participants, inorder to give advices for the retailers about how to implement green logistics. The sixth part proposes measures for the retailers on how to implement green logistics. Itproposes how to implement green logistic better from the perspective of the support of thegovernment, the role of the enterprise, and the green of elements of this system.The seventh part is conclusion and prospect. This part summarizes the research results ofthis article, and proposes the future direction of the further research.
