Agricultural products logistics is the important guarantee of balance between agricultural products supply and demand, is the core element that it can make the value of agricultural products value-added. The advanced extent of agricultural products logistics strongly affects the development of agricultural economy and agricultural economic interests of both the supply and the demand sides.This article is based on theory of transaction cost, theory of circulation industry organization, incomplete contract theory and principal-agent theory. The article adopted the research methodology which combines practice investigation and system analysis, normative and empirical analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. At fist, this paper deeply studied the agricultural products logistics mode from trade status, support conditions of logistics, supply-demand of logistics and pointed out that the study of agricultural products international logistics mode was necessary. Subsequently, the existing agricultural products international logistics modes (self-support agricultural products international logistics model, third party agricultural products international logistics model, storage base dominant international logistics mode, logistics park dominant international logistics mode and port dominant international logistics mode) in Xinjiang were analyzed comprehensively from both behavior and forming mechanism. And then the article obtained that the selfless-support agricultural products international logistics model was better than self-support agricultural products international logistics model from the angle of economics and quantitative evaluation. And then pouted out that optimization of agricultural products international logistics mode was the strategic choice for Xinjiang. Finally, the article put forward the optimization idea of selfless-support agricultural products international logistics mode and constructed the feasible agricultural international logistics model. At the same time, the article make the role of logistics mode reflect on the basis of mechanism design, and make economy of Xinjiang have more conditions to develop.The research results showed that:(1) The existing selfless-support agricultural products international logistics model in Xinjiang mainly included:third party agricultural products international logistics model, storage base dominant international logistics mode, logistics park dominant international logistics mode and port dominant international logistics mode;(2) The selfless-support agricultural products international logistics model had the greater advantage in diversified and specialized services;(3) The selfless-support agricultural products international logistics model was better than self-support agricultural logistics model from the angle of quantitative evaluation. In addition, the selfless-support agricultural products international logistics model was subject to the restriction of logistics system, logistics technology and logistics talents;(4) The existing selfless-support agricultural products international logistics model had inherent defect and insufficient, need the corresponding system arrangement and mechanism design;(5) Making the role of logistics mode reflect needed logistics system innovation, logistics system design, logistics platform construction, human capital investment of logistics field, and depended on the cooperation of the government, economic community, enterprises and farmers;(6) The Important measures that can continue to promote the development of the agricultural products logistics industry in Xinjiang mainly included reforming Agricultural logistics system, developing agricultural cold chain logistics, effectively integrating logistics enterprise and enterprise information.
