Studies On Regional Agricultural Products Logistics System Construction Of China

Modern logistics industry is regarded as the fundamental industry of the development ofnational economy, and plays an important role on industry structure adjustment, transforming themode of economic development and strengthening competitiveness of national economics.With the rapid development of agricultural modernization, agricultural products logistics, whichis an important component of modern logistics, plays a more and more outstanding role ondeveloping rural and agricultural economy, increasing farmers' income, improving the level ofagricultural modernization and constructing the new socialist countryside.China has the vast land, spans tropics, subtropics and temperate zone, the climate and terrainis complicated, the agricultural planting structure is different, the agricultural production presentsobvious diversity between different areas and the economic development in different areas isunbalanced. So regional agricultural products logistics system construction is feasible andnecessary in theory and reality, and has great significance in improving the level of regionalagricultural modernization, promoting the development of rural economy and strengthening thecomprehensive competitiveness of regional economy.From the angel of regional agricultural products logistics, using the latest theory of modernlogistics and regional economics, combining with the requirement of the development of ruraland agricultural economy and learning from the advanced experience of the development ofagricultural products logistics of developed countries, this paper puts forward the frame ofregional agricultural products logistics system construction in theory, and conducts an empiricalresearch of Jiangsu Province.This paper is divided into seven parts. The first part mainly introduces the background, theresearch methods and the research status of home and abroad. The second part introduces thetheory of logistics, agricultural products logistics, regional logistics and regional agriculturalproducts logistics, and summarizes the theories of regional agricultural products logistics systemconstruction: theory of modern logistics, theory of regional economy and strategic environmentalanalysis. The third part researches the development of agricultural products logistics of theUnited States, Japan and the European Union, and summarizes the common experience of thedevelopment of agricultural products logistics of the developed countries above. On the basis ofthe previous researches, the fourth part analyzes the current situation of agricultural productslogistics in China, and puts forward the frame of regional agricultural products logistics systemconstruction, containing five parts: the analysis of the foundation and environment of regional agricultural products logistics, the analysis of the requirement of regional agricultural productslogistics, the comprehensive evaluation of regional agricultural products logistics, the spatiallayout and development orientation of regional agricultural products logistics and theconstruction of supporting system of regional agricultural products logistics. The fifth part, thesixth part and the seventh part conduct an empirical research of Jiangsu Province. Firstly, thefifth part analyzes the development foundation and the environment with the method of SWOT,and summarizes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the agricultural productslogistics of Jiangsu Province. On the basis of the above analysis, this part forecasts the demandsof the agricultural products logistics of Jiangsu Province with the method of regression analysis.Secondly, the sixth part makes a comprehensive evaluation to the regional agricultural productslogistics of Jiangsu Province with the method of factor analysis and cluster analysis, andsummarizes the ability, the level and the feature of each city in Jiangsu Province according to theresult of the comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the seventh part gives reasonable suggestions forregional agricultural products logistics system construction of Jiangsu Province, including spatiallayout and development orientation, industrial policies, infrastructure construction andinformatization and standardization of agricultural products logistics.
