Research Of Enterprise K’s Corporate Governance Model

As the continually development of marketing economy, enterprises began to pay more attention to standard operation and make higher level of corporate governance. Capital is a key of the development of enterprises, and the capital market has create a wonderful financing channel for manufacturing industry. At the same time, the capital market has also make the structure of shareholders more complex. Which kind of shareholder structure is more appropriate for enterprise and which controlling system can control the risk better? This thesis would research on the relation between the system of corporate governance and the development of enterprise taking K enterprise, a pharmaceutical corporation in Yunnan province for example.
