The Study On Corporate Social Responsibility Implemention Mechanism Of Private Enterprises

Now there need be no arguments about that private enterprise shouldthat they should burden social responsibilities. Compared with large andmedium-sized state-owned enterprises, private enterprises have facedmany adverse factors, including the small scale, fierce competition andthe pressure to fulfilence their social responsibility, and therefore, in theadvancement of CSR,these enterprises will have faced challenges ofcost,resource and time. Therefore, on the basis of the uniqueness ofprivate enterprises, the government must consider to plays a major role inpromote the corporation social responsibility of private enterprises.Most of the enterprises in Wenzhou are private enterprises,these enterprises accounted for a large ratio in the market. Thus, topromote the development of the CSR of private enterprises in Wenzhou isundoubtedly concerns to their economic competitiveness. This paperbegins with introducing the corporate social responsibility standards of private enterprise to explain the reason and content to fulfill thesestandards. Part II: by introducing the particularity of private enterprise tofulfill their corporate social responsibility standards, this paper try todiscuss the status and shortcomings of fulfilling their corporate socialresponsibility standards. And put forward the moral factors we need totake into account while private enterprise fulfill their corporate socialresponsibility and the specific content of the enforcement mechanisms.Part III: This part is consideration about fulfilling corporate socialresponsibility of the private economy in Wenzhou,and this part is one ofthe most important parts in this paper.From the major challengesconcerns the development of private economy in Wenzhou sets out, andunder the precondition of a series of rules and regulations have beendeveloped in China and Zhejiang Province, this paper try to put forwardrecommendations on how to better protect the interests of the group ofcivilian battalion economy in Wenzhou, and analysis the Feasibility ofbasic countermeasures and the implementation path.Beyond all question, by pursuing the institutional innovation offulfilling corporate social responsibility which based on people foremostprinciple and Scientific Outlook on Development. As long as thegovernment, non-governmental organizations and enterprises worktogether,through the legal implementation mechanism to regulate thecorporation social responsibility of private enterprises in Wenzhou, which will promote the construction of corporation social responsibility ofprivate enterprises in Wenzhou up to a higher level, the private economyin Wenzhou must return to glory.
