Since the reform and opening, Wenzhou's private enterprises have developed rapidly and become an important part of Wenzhou's economy. With the development of private economy in Wenzhou, private enterprises in labor-management conflicts become gradually apparent, labor dispute cases increased year by year, not only hinder the development of private economy in Wenzhou, but also cause negative impact on social harmony and stability. In this context, building harmonious labor relations in Wenzhou's private enterprises, it has become emphasis and difficulty to build a harmonious Wenzhou.In this paper, it is as the research object, under the guide of Marxist economic theory. At the same time, learn the successful experiences in dealing with labor relations in the Western countries. Based on the previous studies, use research methods of literature, investigation, analysis and comparison, survey and analysis the current state of labor relations in Wenzhou's private enterprises, research and analyze their problems and their causes, and propose to build a harmonious labor relations and practical countermeasures and proposals.This paper consists of five parts. The first part mainly to explain the research significance, and combing the research about China's private sector labor relations in recent years of the theoretical circle, introduce the research ideas and research methodologies. In the second part, finishing the status quo of Wenzhou private enterprises labor relations survey data, and analyzes the reasons for these problems. The third section describe the basic factors in build the harmonious labor relations of Wenzhou's private enterprises. In the fourth part, combing developed overviews of tripartite coordination mechanism in the western countries. On this basis, introduced the development status of tripartite coordination mechanism in our country, and summarizes the experience of the tripartite coordination mechanism in the West. The fifth part discuss the ways in build the harmonious labor relations of Wenzhou's private enterprises.In this paper, through the study in build the harmonious labor relations of Wenzhou's private enterprises, establishing the theoretical framework about the study of the Wenzhou private enterprises'labor relations in a socialist market economy conditions. First, proposing the basic factors of build harmonious labor relations in Wenzhou's private enterprises. Second, describing the specific ways in build the harmonious labor relations of Wenzhou's private enterprises.
