Chinese Corporate Governance Risk Early Warning Is Studied

In recent years, a series of accounting scandals happen and many executives leave office,which caused the extensive attention from society. Especially with the acceleration of economic globalization, and the American subprime mortgage crisis caused by the global financial crisis, so more people pay attention to corporate governance risk. Fundamentally, corporate governance does not reach the designated position. But the corporate governance is not sound or governance failure caused the corporate governance risk, but also affected the sustainable development of the company and the company’s performance and value realization. Manufacturing industry as the pillar of the national economy industry, there are management mechanism is not sound, the production efficiency is low and the innovation ability insufficient, therefore controlling of Chinese manufacturing industry corporate governance risk, improving the governance mechanism is imminent.Therefore, this article attempts to recommend relevance theory. Afterwards, I compose a predicting model of corporate governance risk. The third, I will use the empirical analysis to identify our country manufacturing industry corporate governance ex-ante risk, and then according to the conclusion of the empirical analysis put forward identification, control or avoid the risk of the policy suggestions. The last, it’s will consummate our country manufacturing corporate governance, promote the sustainable healthy development.The main innovation point lies in not only from the angle of corporate governance structure, but also from illegal trend financial angle to consider influence company risk management risk factors, and constructs the corporate governance risk measure;sing the factor analysis to select each index, and at the same time, using2009to2011data Logistic regression model with the establishment of early warning model makes the empirical analysis more accurate and reliable.
