Research On Financial Risk Early Warning Of Listed Companies In Manufacturing Industry

Since the reform of the market economic system in China,competition among companies has intensified,and risks may occur at any time.For listed companies,the company changes from non-ST to ST every year,so the prevention and control of financial risks is very important for all companies,especially listed companies.Manufacturing is the pillar industry of China's national economy,and listed companies in the listed companies occupy nearly half of the market.Therefore,it is of great reference value for the financial risk warning research of listed companies in the manufacturing industry.This paper studies the financial risk assessment of the listed companies in the manufacturing industry.In 2017,we selected 24 financial crisis companies and 24 financial companies with normal financial status as research samples,and introduced financial and risk indicators from the financial indicators and non-financial indicators.Twenty-three financial indicators and five non-financial indicators were selected,and the primary selection index data was subjected to K-S test to determine whether it was a normal distribution,and then the T-test and Mann-Whitney test were used to determine the indicators.Principal component analysis was performed using the selected indicators,and the corresponding principal components were determined to construct a Logistic model.The model's judgment result is highly consistent with the actual result.After testing,the accuracy of the company's financial risk assessment is 89.6%.The model has good discriminating ability and can provide reference for the company's financial risk assessment.Finally,the model was applied to Fujian Guangshengtang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.to measure its financial risk and verify its current financial crisis.Alert them and analyze existing financial issues It is concluded that the Logistic construction model is convenient and practical,and it has a high practical significance in the process of financial risk early warning research in China's manufacturing industry.
