A Study On Symbiosis Model Innovation Between Rural Bank And Farmer

ABSTRACT:With fast development, new rural financial institutions,especiallyrural banks, have played significant roles in solving the problems of banking in rural regions such as low financial institutions coverage, lack of Credit Supply, incomplete management system and so onin recent years. As two microeconomic main bodies in rural financial system.there is symbiotic relationship between rural banks and farmers. The Establishment and development of village banks improve farmers’financing ability and increasefinance supply for farmers, injecting new impetus for development of farmers; on the contrary, the development of peasant householdspromote savings and increase the profit of rural banks, then promote rural banks’sustainable development. At the same time, their symbiotic relationship also has a direct impact on the Stability and development of rural financial symbiosis system. Therefore, research on the symbiotic relationship between rural bank and peasants of great significance to promoting rural financial system construction.Firstly, this paper defines the connotation of rural bank and farmer, and analyzes the present situation of their symbiotic relationship from the symbiosis unit, symbiosis pattern, symbiosis environment three respects uponFinancial Symbiosis Theory, then determinesthat the two keep an intermittent asymmetrical mutualism relation. Secondly, basedon the theoretical explanation, the paper classifies and summarizes the existingsymbiosis models between rural banks and farmers and makes game analysis of it. Through the study of behavior game between the two players, itis pointed out the key factor that restricts the development of the symbiosis pattern.Finally, the author put forwards a new kind of symbiosis patternwhich is for rural banks and famers who are lack of pledge and human relation network.
