In recent years, due to the entry of foreign banks, on our existing commercial banks, joint-stock commercial banks in particular caused a certain degree of impact. With increasingly fierce competition, how to make commercial bank employees’ existing work under the condition of pressure to maintain higher productivity becomes an increasing problem of being.Xian branch of China Merchants Bank for the study this article, focusing on relationship between job stress and EVLN behavior by their staff. Studies in methods for empirical research, first of all, through pressure on both theory and EVLN behavior based on theory, build an assumption model, a questionnaire survey approach to investigate the Xian branch of China Merchants Bank employees. Staff relationship between job stress and EVLN behavior, contribute to the Analysis of Xian branch of China Merchants Bank current stress status and behavior tendency of employees makes senior management through the development-of sound policy and effective in preventing withdrawal behavior, ignore the behavior of employees increase, improve employee productivity and motivation, and reduce the wastage of talent, support enterprises efficient and orderly operation.
