| Science and technology enterprises are important force to promote China’s technological innovation, the development of new technology or new product is inseparable from the core staff who master the most cutting-edge technology and critical knowledge,and they are important carrier of enterprise innovation ability.The core staff have higher creativity and job autonomy,they have strong demand of self-realization.so when entering into an enterprise,they sign an invisible psychological contract besides a written contract.However,the human resources market becomes more and more open and the competition between science and technology enterprises become increasingly fierce,when psychological contract violation occurs,the core staff will leave because of their characteristics of high mobility. The negative effects of turnover can not be ignored.This paper studies the negative effects of science and technology enterprise core employee turnover and explores specific forms of turnover negative influence.to provide the ideas of reducing negative effects.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing the literature,this paper defines the science and technology enterprises core staff as superior technicians who are in key positions as well as having professional and competitiveskills;Secondly,this paper explores the relationship between psychological contract and turnover,which comes out an conclusion that the psychological contract violation firstly generates turnover intention,finally leaving behavior, next, through analyzing the questionnaire for science and technology enterprises in Beijing and Tianjin.the paper analyses the negative effects of turnover intention and turnover behavior from both enterprise and employee perspective,and constructs the psychological contract violation to the negative effects of turnover model.The paper also analyzes data from the questionnaire and sorts turnover negative effects,the conclusion is that The core employee turnover intention negative influence for the rest of the employees is larger, the specific form is "negative emotions", the largest negative effects of core employee turnover for enterprises is "costs increasing"; Thirdly, this paper learns the experience of famous enterprises dealing with the negative effects of core stuff turnover, puts forward specific measures and hopes to decrease these negative effects. |
