In the development of the banking industry,with the rapid development of the domestic economy,the domestic commercial banks have been listed after the stock system reform.The competition between commercial banks is becoming increasingly fierce,and the banks are developing towards the direction of marketization,internationalization and network.This has improved the requirements for the employees of the bank,especially the bank teller.It is necessary to renew the knowledge and technology and provide more direct and convenient financial products and services for the customers.Bank teller stands for the image of the bank externally.It is responsible for the important business operation of the bank,and is faced with strict system assessment,promotion assessment and business assessment.These intangible improvements have raised the pressure of bank teller work,and the pressure of work has also become one of the hot topics in the current society.With the continuous development of economy and society,people's understanding of work is gradually deepened,from simple pursuit of economic returns to creating a high quality working environment.How to release pressure and relieve pressure on bank teller who faces multiple pressures is worth studying.Taking bank teller as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of bank teller's working pressure from the perspective of bank teller's working pressure.Through the work pressure to understand the related contents of the turnover intention of the bank teller,it can not only understand the uniqueness of the work pressure of the bank teller,but also explore the behavior difference between the bank teller under different work pressure.By analyzing the influence of the work pressure on the bank teller,it can master the turnover intention of the bank teller.At the core,bank teller work pressure and turnover intention have a positive effect.Secondly,the mechanism model of the working pressure of the bank teller to employee turnover is constructed through self-efficacy,and the intermediary role based on the sense of self efficacy is emphasized.Finally,the paper investigates the work pressure and turnover intention of the bank teller by questionnaire,and tests the theoretical model and research hypothesis by empirical research.And verify that self efficacy plays an intermediary role between the job pressure and turnover intention of the bank teller,that is to say,part of the effect of the working pressure of the bank teller to the turnover intention is produced by the sense of self-efficacy.
