The focus of Chinese energy structure is coal. Safe production of coal industry is veryimportant to the development of the national economy. However, in recent years, along with theincrease of the amount of coal mining, accidents occur frequently, This situation has been thefocus of the society.Because of the special working environment, coal production has moreinsecurity and risk factors than ordinary industry.Although had attention, But the research of coalproduction safety is still less, the risk analysis about it is rare. This article is carried out in thiscontext.Firstly, the article introduce the current situation and the related theory of the internationalmine safety risk identification and evaluation.Secondly, through the analysis of thecharacteristics of our country’s coal production, the article determine that the main risk factors ofcoal mine safety includes personnel safety risk, management safety risk, equipment safety risk,technical equipment safeguard safety risk, inherent safety risk, environmental safety risk andaccidents occupational hazard safety risk. These factors construct the coal mine safety riskassessment indexes system. Thirdly, use AHP to arrangement total order of risk factors, thearticle chose the BP neural network as a method; construct the coal mine safety risk assessmentmodel based on AHP and BP neural network. Finally, the article preceded the networksimulation and evidence to the evaluation model of with specific cases, and presentedcountermeasures according to actual mine risk.
