The Empirical Research Of Relationships Between Undertaking Multinational Corporation Service Outsourcing And Industrial Structure Of Liaoning Province

With the globalization of economy and the rapid development of modern information technology, global industry is undergoing a transformation from manufacturing to service, and the rapid development of service outsourcing industry reflects the global transfer trend of the service industry, besides the service outsourcing industry has become the main engine for many countries to promote the industrial competitiveness and stimulate the economic growth. With the steady economic development, China also faces the transformation from manufacturing center to the service center. Therefore, accelerating the development of service outsourcing industry will promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, and promote the further development of China’s economy.As an important old industrial base of Northeast, the industrial structure adjustment of Liaoning province has made great progress after many years’hard working. However, there are still some problems in industrial structure. The development of global service outsourcing industry brings unprecedented opportunities and challenges to Liaoning province, provides a platform for Liaoning province to undertake service outsourcing better. Liaoning province should make improving the industrial structure rationalization and upgrading of the industrial structure as the target, undertake multinational corporation service outsourcing as the main means, greatly enhance strength to undertake multinational corporation service outsourcing, and eventually promotes the adjustment of industrial structure.In this paper, it first introduces the related concept of service outsourcing and the industrial structure, and analyzes the current situation of the service outsourcing industry’s development and the industrial structure’s development through the relevant data in Liaoning province, and highlights the problems individually. Then, it uses the empirical analysis to research the industrial structure rationalization of Liaoning province, determines the cause of the unreasonable industrial structure in Liaoning province, and establishes a vector regression model to checkout the relationship between undertaking multinational corporation service outsourcing and industrial structure of Liaoning province, obtaining mutually promoting relationships between undertaking multinational corporation service outsourcing and industrial structure. Finally, it bases on the theory and empirical analysis in this paper, proposing related countermeasures through positive undertaking service outsourcing industry to promote industrial structure adjustment.
