The parent-subsidiary company system is the most important organization and management form of enterprise group, while human resources management is an important way to realize effective control of parent-subsidiary Corporation. However, in the research and practice on human resources management of parent-subsidiary corporation, such questions as how to realize efficient management at a low cost and make business activities of subsidiary companies to center on strategic target of parent company, "what should be managed", "how to manage it", "how profoundly should it be managed" and "how to invigorate large enterprises while relaxing control over small ones" are main contents for scholars and practical circles to explore. Efficient management control on human resources realized by parent-subsidiary corporations should grasp core link of control objective. Overall situation will be grasped after key point is controlled. At present, there is a lack of empirical study as the base of literature summary about control point in human resources management of parent-subsidiary corporations, which is short of scientific nature and integrity.In this article, at the basis of research on review of related literature of management control theory, control point, identification of control points and group human resources management, modules of management control will be divided into such six dimensions as human resources and planning, employment advertise and disposition, training and development, compensation and benefit management, performance appraisal management as well as management of talent flow according to the practice of human resources management of parent-subsidiary corporations. The six aspects will be taken as first grade indicator of control degree on human resources management of parent-subsidiary corporations and each first grade indicator will also contain several second grade indicators for the sake of further explanation.Second grade indicators (management control point) have been collected and teased in details by the means of literature review, expert interviews and open-ended questionnaire survey; degree of importance on every second grade indicator has been evaluated again through questionnaire survey. According to the analysis of statistical data, the index projects with low discrimination will be gotten rid of to ultimately get 76 items of human resources management control point, among which there are 11 items of human resources and planning control point,18 items of control points of employment advertisement and disposition,18 items of control points of training and development, 15 items of control points of compensation and benefit management,9 items of performance appraisal management control points and 5 items of talent flow management control points.After ranking mean value of overall second grade indicators data, the scores above 5.5 points will be defined as critical control point, which are 22 items; indicator scores from 4.5 to 5.5 points will be defined as important control points, which are 32 items; indicator scores under 4.5 points will be defined as ordinary control points, which are 22 items. This questionnaire has past the reliability test, and the classification system of control point of human resources management of parent-subsidiary corporations has been formed at last. On the basis of study of control points, the selection of control points of human resource management and responsibility division are analyzed in 3 different kinds of parent-subsidiary corporations managed by different management pattern.
