Lubricating oil in our country experienced vegetable oil, biological oil and oil era ofevolution,play more and more important role in the development of the national economy.With the rapid development of China’s economic construction, the automobile industry and thesales rise rapidly, rotating equipment growing. As an industrial and civilian goods, lubricatingoil is changing in the type, quantity, quality.Especially in environmental protection and energysaving requirements growing regulatory, economic,the era of globalization, lubricating oilresearch and production entity are more and more demanding. China’s lubricating oilproduction enterprise experience from planned economy to market economy, formed thecurrent international diversity competition situation. Especially with the growing tension ofcrude oil,China’s lubricating oil enterprises experienced a major shuffle formed the currenttechnology, scale, efficiency, environmental protection competitive of small number enterprises.Lubricating oil market are unusually fierce in competition.In2000, China Petroleum Daqing No.1lubricating oil plant is a factory by a largestate-owned enterprises restructuring formed lubricating oil factories, the formation of initial isset production and research marketing integration of the professional enterprises. When Chinapetroleum lubricating oil company separeted its production and sales, Daqing No.1lubricatingoil plant become the production of lubricating oil in2003. Daqing No.1lubricating oil plant hasstarted to produce lubricant since1980, after30years of development; the brand also from“Qing road”,“Daqing” change for“Kunlun” brand, the enterprise has been in development andgrowth, But in recent years, with the Great Wall, Shell, BP, Mobil, and other international anddomestic famous lubricating oil market to seize and market share increase,. Daqing No.1lubricating oil plant is no longer has its former glory, especially in recent years with thedevelopment of the automotive industry by leaps and bounds; we have not synchronized. faceto the huge potential consumer market, face to the mature buyer’s market, our product structureand quality level, market strategy and production status between enterprise and market trendsgap contradiction has become increasingly prominent, internal management, information,resources structure, product structure to follow up, benefit pressure, etc are all faced withthreats and challenges new products continue to develop and the market share continuousimprovement would be even more difficult.In this case,how to promote the enterprisecontinuous growth and development space maintain their competitive advantage, formdistinguishing features of their own products, keep the enterprise’s core competitiveness tomake a scientific and rational enterprise development strategy, to achieve the health sustainabledevelopment of Daqing Lubricating oil plant is an important subject。This paper adopts the literature research, social surveys and empirical research, stick to theprinciple of combining theory with practice, both in domestic and abroad strategy analysistheory and domestic and international oil market, production, technology, quality and marketingmake study and comprehend,take full advantage of the strategic management knowledge andtheory to make a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of the Daqing No.1lubricating oil plant, to the development strategy SWOT analysis,evaluation ofthe advantages and opportunities, existing disadvantages and threats. On this basis, gives theDaqing No.1lubricating oil plant in the scientific research and development, brand construction,base oil use, additive use, product production and sales strategy planning, and also gives thesecurity these strategy implementation countermeasures to expand the domestic brandawareness and market share provides the theory support.
