Staff training is an important part of human resource management in modern enterprises. Whether a business is competitive, the key is to see whether the employees in this enterprise is competitive, whether it has a strong ability to work. Through training can improve the quality of staff, so that the management of the intention to be carried out, so that the rules and regulations of the enterprise to be implemented, the formation of a scientific and sustainable development of good posture. As an important unit of oil production in Daqing oilfield, the Oil Recovery Plant No.5 has been exploring and practicing in the management of staff training process, and there are some problems. So it is necessary to study in depth.This paper includes the following content: first introduced in the background purpose and significance, review of research at home and abroad on this topic, the basic explanation method research framework, on their own, the necessity of the research management staff training process; the training process management theory, including the meaning of staff training, staff the training process definition, staff training status and roles of staff training and staff training of demand theory, employee training plan formulation and implementation theory, training evaluation theory mainly training process management theory of the specific content; from organizational structure and other aspects of Oil Recovery Plant No.5 of Daqing Oilfield expounds the general situation, introduces the current situation of staff training, and analyzes the problems of staff training process management; to solve the problem of Oil Recovery Plant No.5 of training needs analysis,and from the aspects of training plan, training programs, training management of Oil Recovery Plant No.5 staff training course for development and optimization, the training effect was evaluated. Finally, the paper puts forward Oil Recovery Plant No.5 training process management optimization of safeguard measures, including training teachers,training facilities, training effect, culture, system, mechanism security measures.
