The Research On Employment Problem Of The HouJiang Province

In a market economy, unemployment and the unemployment rate is considered to measure the macro level of a country’s economic success is the core issue in the society as a whole is highly concerned about the economy. When unemployment is high society, in economic terms, the state a lot of resources, especially human resources are wasted, and reduce state revenue; in a social context, unemployment has a huge impact on social life and psychological, will lead to social produce a variety of negative issues. Hau Giang province, Vietnam is no exception, the problem of unemployment has long been a social concern, and more and more intense. Therefore, I decided to choose the problem of employment "as the thesis topic. Hau Giang Province is rich in human resources, the young and healthy, but not effective to use.The rate of young labour is high, however education level as well as technical level of the the labour is relatively low. As a result, labour productivity and labour productiveness are low. Therefore, the labour don’t have many chances to find a job. The topic of the research gives some suggestions to solve the unemployment issue in order to motivate the economic development of the province.
